The Reading Room is a digital space for readers to discover books, track their reading, join book clubs, participate in reader communities, and build a more personal reading life.

Reader membership is free at launch. Optional membership upgrades may add premium discovery and community tools.

After signing up, check your inbox for a confirmation email from The Reading Room. Click the confirmation link to activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Go to the sign-in page and select the password reset option. Enter your email address, and The Reading Room will send you a secure link to create a new password.

Go to your Book Nook or Reading Shelf and use the add book option. You can search for a book, add available details, and place it on the appropriate shelf, such as currently reading, want to read, finished, or did not finish.

Search by title, author, ISBN, genre, or trope. If the catalog cannot find a match, you can add the book manually and provide available details for catalog review.

Some book clubs may be open to all users. Others may be private, invite-only, or require approval from a club leader.

Yes. Signed-in readers can create a book club, invite members, select books, schedule meetings, and manage discussions.

Reader Circles are community spaces organized around shared interests, genres, reading identities, or themes. They are designed to help readers find others with similar reading preferences.

You choose whether each review is public or private when you save it. Profile privacy settings also control whether your reading activity appears publicly.

Recommendations may be based on your profile preferences, books you add, genres you select, authors you follow, and other reading activity within The Reading Room.
